SMS Communication Consent
As an onboarded carrier with Reliant Transportation, you may opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us. In this policy, Reliant Transportation will be referred to as “Reliant” , “we”, “our”, and the person reading this policy will be referred to as “you” and “your”.
By providing your mobile number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages related to load notifications, account updates, payment information, and other operational or service-related communications from Reliant Transportation. Messages will be sent using a 10-digit long code (10DLC) to comply with U.S. carrier and regulatory requirements for business messaging. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of these communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting Reliant Transportation directly. For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact Reliant Transportation at (888) 464-7771.
Use of Personal Information
“Personal Information” refers to information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, mobile number(s), or any other information you voluntarily provide to Reliant Transportation during onboarding or while doing business with us.
The personal information you provide will be used solely by Reliant Transportation for direct communication, service coordination, and internal business purposes. Reliant Transportation does not sell or rent your information. We may share your number only with trusted third-party vendors who provide SMS delivery services on our behalf, and such vendors are contractually obligated to use your information exclusively for this purpose.
Purposes of Information Collected
- Providing updates or information regarding the respective load you are hauling.
- Inquiring about load opportunities and receiving details about availability.
- Updating information with payments or processing services.
Protection and Retention of Personal Information
Reliant Transportation implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your personal information. These are intended to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information we collect or maintain.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational or business purposes for which it was collected. Terms and Conditions
SMS Communication Terms
By consenting to SMS communications, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You consent to receive SMS messages related to your account, load updates, payment or settlement notifications, and customer service communications.
- Messages may be sent via 10DLC in compliance with U.S. carrier requirements.
- Message frequency will vary depending on account activity; you may receive multiple messages per week depending on load updates and operations.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting Reliant Transportation for assistance.

Prohibited Usage
SMS Messaging may not be used for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Debt collection attempts or notices.
- Political advertising and non-business-related promotional or solicitation content.
- Transmission of illegal, misleading, inappropriate, or other prohibited content.
Reliant Transportation strictly prohibits any use of its messaging systems for illegal, unauthorized, or non-business-related communications regardless of consent or authorization.
Privacy Assurance
Your phone number will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes. Reliant Transportation may only share your number with trusted vendors who deliver SMS services on our behalf, and those vendors are contractually required to safeguard your information.
With your consent, Reliant Transportation may also send promotional or marketing SMS messages. You may opt out of marketing messages while continuing to receive operational updates.
