Be a part of the Reliant Team, as this position is responsible for helping our Accounting and Operations Teams with settling loads when proof of delivery documents are submitted by our carriers, and for entering tendered loads as they come in from our customers. Freight is our business, and load accuracy is essential to Reliant’s success.

Assist with settling loads when proof of delivery documents are submitted by our carriers.
Follow up on discrepancies with Reliant’s Logistics Team, customers, or carriers to resolve load issues.
Daily data entry of customer load tenders in Transportation Management System.
Daily Customer Service support for Reliant customers and carriers.
Assist other Accounting and Operations Team members on a daily basis with special projects and other tasks.
Regular attendance and all other duties as assigned
Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
Ability to communicate well with Reliant Teammates
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office Products with the ability to learn logistic software quickly
Current student or recent graduate.
Timely and accurate load entry and settlement
Reliable attendance and effective communication
