Be a part of the Reliant Team, as this position is responsible for helping our Accounting and Operations Teams with settling loads when proof of delivery documents are submitted by our carriers, and for entering tendered loads as they come in from our customers. Assist with settling loads when proof of delivery documents are submitted by our carriers.
Follow up on discrepancies with Reliant’s Logistics Team, customers, or carriers to resolve load issues.
Assist with Customer Billing and Cash Receipts for loads hauled.
Learn various aspects of the Company’s Accounting cycle, including Billing, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, and Financial Reporting components.
Assist other Accounting and Operations Team members on a daily basis with special projects and other tasks
Regular attendance and all other duties as assigned
Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
Ability to communicate well with Reliant Teammates
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office Products with the ability to learn logistic software quickly
Current student or recent graduate.
Timely and accurate load entry and settlement
Reliable attendance and effective communication
